Design
You get a completely custom designed HTML email. If you already have a design you'd like to use for your email campaigns or you have a website then we can mirror the look and feel of your design or website ensuring design continuity.
We design emails with usability in mind. We use HTML and inline CSS for best results in popular email clients like Hotmail, Gmail, Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes, AOL and many more.
Users have highly emotional reactions to email marketing.
The positive emotional aspect of email marketing is that they can create a strong bond between user and company. The negative aspect is that usability problems can have a strong impact on customer relations.
Users spend on average 30 seconds reading or scanning an email. An HTML email needs superb usability to survive in the high-pressure environment of a crowded inbox. You can lose subscribers due to usability difficulties in subscription processes and designs.
We test our design in over 20 different email clients. We use state of the art design and spam testing tools, we also run your campaign through popular spam filters at desktop, server and firewall level before we send it.
Effective HTML Email
An email inbox is a busy place, there are many distractions like other messages, folders, calendars, task lists. Some of your recipients will look at the subject line to decide whether or not the message is worth reading. So an HTML email needs to be designed effectively to make sure the recipient gives you time to read the entire message.
Key elements we inc lude in every HTML email design:
Permission Reminder
Our HTML emails start with a reminder/statement of how subscribers got onto your list. This reduces the likelihood that recipients will mark the message as spam.
Well-formatted Copy
The biggest advantage of using HTML in email is the ability to format. We can use headings, highlight important content and make the email scannable.
We spend most of our design time making sure the message is easy to read, and easy to act on.
Unsubscribe Link
Every HTML email provides a quick way for recipients to unsubscribe. If someone wants to unsubscribe then we must let them do it easily, or you'll end up with spam complaints.
Plain Text Version (and Web Version)
We send emails in multipart text and HTML format. This means that for every HTML email we send we have a plain text version available for recipients who choose not to receive HTML emails. Additionally, we include a hyperlink to a web page to give recipients the option to view the HTML version of the email.
Prioritising Content
We get to the point quickly. We start with the most valuable information, usually a table of contents or a short summary that will entice the recipient to read the full email. The recipient will be able to glance at the top of the email and know immediately if it's worth reading.
