Campaign Management There are no monthly fees and no hidden costs. For each campaign, you pay a fee of AUD $80 plus 5 cents per recipient. Example: To send a newsletter to 100 recipients, you will be charged $80 plus 5 cents for each recipient, $5, making a total of $85. |

Account Set Up & Consulting This is a once only cost. We set up your account and offer you onsite assistance (Sydney Metro only - for 'out of town' clients there is an extra cost for onsite consulting). We also offer assistance via email or phone to make sure you are comfortable with all aspects of email marketing campaigns. |

HTML Email Design This is a once only cost. Completely custom designed HTML email. If you already have a design you'd like to use for your email campaigns or you have a website then we can mirror the look and feel of your design or website ensuring design continuity. |

Copywriting, Content and Image Production We can offer these services on a per project basis. Fees are based primarily on the complexity of the work involved. |
